Canada is generally a great country to visit and live. Unfortunately, even Canada isn’t immune from sick, cruel people committing atrocities. Outside of Toronto, police have found several severed cat heads and limbs. Such deliberate cruelty to any animal is simply intolerable so if you live in this area where cat heads have been found, please keep your cat safely indoors or within a protected area.
When people are cruel to cats, they often become cruel to other people as well, so if anyone has any information about who might be committing these atrocities, please contact the police as soon as possible.
