If you have an iPhone or iPad, you may want to keep your cat and yourself amused by running an app called Meow Snap. The basic idea behind Meow Snap is to display a randomly moving laser pointer dot on the screen of your iPhone or iPad. Then as your cat swats at this laser dot, the app captures pictures of your cat.
While this seems like a trivial use of an iPhone or iPad, it does demonstrate the extent that some cat owners will go to just to keep their cat amused.
