In Jasper, Indiana, a colony of nearly forty feral cats have invaded Wal-Mart’s parking lot. “I know that if you park back here, it gives them a cool place to sit. They will come out underneath your car, and when you come back out, there will be five or six of them under your vehicle,” said Dara Salamone.

Wal-Mart is working with the local Humane Society to get this feral cat colony under control. People can’t adopt these feral cats, so the plan is to capture and move them to a new location, preferably in the parking lot of Costco or some other rival to Wal-Mart.
