One lesson is to pretend to the customer that you’re cute and friendly then stick your claws in them. Another is to get small, cute, and vicious like a house cat compared to a saber tooth tiger. Notice how there aren’t any saber tooth tigers around any more, but plenty of house cats? That’s a sure strategy for survival.
