The cat-aquarium is nothing more than a shelter for feral cats in the neighborhood. Instead of letting cats inside the house, the family just built them a shelter with a window so they can see how many feral cats are inside. Now they can keep an eye on the feral cat population in their area and stay entertained at the same time. Considering the quality of TV programming these days, you can waste your time watching Honey Boo Boo or Kim Kardashian, or watch a feral cat.
