A male cat accidentally got its front paws frozen to a front porch and only got rescued when a neighbor heard meowing and realized that the cat’s paws were stuck. Using room temperature water, the person managed to free the cat’s paws and get it to an animal shelter that could care for the animal.

Although some cats enjoy being outside, if you live in a cold climate, it’s always best to make sure your cat can get inside and stay warm somewhere. Better yet, keep your cat inside during particularly harsh winter conditions and even during warmer temperatures. Stray cats can often annoy people who don’t like cats so keep your cats safely inside where they’ll never risk bothering anyone (except you while you’re trying to sleep at night).
