Many cat adoption videos try to play on the poor plight of the cat stuck in an animal shelter, waiting for a family to adopt them. To try a different route, the North Shore Animal League decided to create a video to show the cats in their natural element — just being cats.
The goal is to make the video go viral and encourage more people to look at the cats in the video and consider adopting one or more of them. If you can give a cat a good home, it will go a long way to helping empty the shelters so more cats can be helped.
