There’s a common belief that cats and dogs, along with other animals, will never get along. Yet anyone who has owned both a cat and a dog can tell you that cats and dogs can get along, especially if they’re both brought into the house at the same time so neither animal feels territorial about the other one.
In many cases, cats and dogs can become best friends. So if cats and dogs can get along, maybe there’s still hope for Republicans and Democrats, atheists and religious extremists, and Arabs and Jews.
