If someone knocked you out, removed your testicles, and then took you picture after you discovered your bodily loss, you might not look any different from the cat in the picture above. So you can sympathize with poor Milo who woke up and found his testicles missing.
If cats can look so amusing after being castrated, imagine what Congressmen would look like if they got punished this way as well when caught having affairs or accepting bribes. Perhaps if we enforced laws against corrupt politicians the way we enforce laws regarding pets, the world would be a safer place for everyone.
