Vancouver Island houses a mystery. For some odd reason, people in the neighborhood of Campbell River has found that someone has been shaving a different part of their cats and letting them go. Why anyone would shave a cat is a mystery, and why they would do it to random cats on the street is even more mysterious.
The neighbors of Campbell River hope that this odd prank doesn’t escalate into physical harm to the cats. If you know who might be behind this strange behavior, contact your local authorities. After all, the safety of everyone’s cats are involved.
