In Australia, the Channel Seven was consistently losing the ratings war with its rivals. That’s when Seven decided to offer a new show called Cats Make You Laugh Out Loud. While critics ridiculed the show’s premise, Seven got the last laugh when their cat show beat out all rivals for the most watched show that week.
Cats Make You Laugh Out Loud pulled 917,000 viewers in the capital cities, beating Nine’s The Hotplate, which was watched by 839,000 people. As cats take over the Internet, you can be certain they’l gradually take over our TV networks until finally dominating the world like SkyNet in the fictional Terminator series. At least with cats ruling the planet, we all won’t be slaves to the machines when we can just be slaves to our felines instead.
