For the past four years, a cat burglar has been terrorizing Gladstone, an area near Portland, Oregon. All this time, police have known about this cat burglar because his name is Tigger and he’s a cat owned by Police Sergeant Dave Kempas.
Over the years, anything Tigger steals from the neighborhood has wound up in Dave’s driveway. One time Tigger even brought back a bag of marijuana. “Tigger is kind of a party cat,” Dave said.
