Some cats like to hang out around the park where they can snatch a bird or a mouse. Other cats prefer to stay indoors and look out the window. Cecil, on the other hand, likes hanging around the Safeway supermarket.
Cecil has a collar with a phone number on his tag. When people call the number, they’ll hear a message like this: ‘Hi, this is Brian. If you’re calling about my cat, Cecil, it’s ok if he’s at the Safeway parking lot. He likes to hang out there. I live across the street and he will find his way home when he’s ready.’
