In St. Paul, Minnesota, a cat got stuck up a tree. What made matters worse was that the cat kept climbing until it reached the top of a 70 feet tree while the weather kept getting colder and colder. After several days of being stranded in the tree in the cold, the owners feared the cat wouldn’t survive another night.

That’s when the St. Paul firefighters came to the rescue. Fire Marshal Steve Zaccard, said, “It was a very, very cold day, so there were definitely circumstances warranting the help.”

As soon as a firefighter reached the cat, the cat jumped on his shoulders. The cat was unhurt but cold and hungry.
