Most of the time when a mail carrier shoves mail through a mail slot, the mail simply drops to the floor or in a basket. Yet in one house, a cat patiently waits for the mail carrier and alternately decides whether to let the mail in or try desperately to keep it out.
The above video shows the cat helpfully yanking the mail in, but another video shows the cat pawing to keep the mail out. The cat most likely sees the mail as a strange toy that arrives every day and can’t figure out where it’s coming from or why. Nevertheless, the cat decides to attack it as if it were an intruder.
