In Russia, the owners of a cat moved away and abandoned their cat in the street. Locals say the cat chased after the car the owners were in but the owners simply drove away. For more than a year afterwards, the cat has waited faithfully at a certain manhole, hoping its original owners will return.
That’s the legend surrounding the cat, so locals have taken to feeding the cat at the manhole cover. That means the cat might just be waiting for its owners to return or it might just be waiting for the locals to bring its feed to it once more.
