You may wonder how Broadway can make a musical called “Cat,” yet not employ a single cat in the entire production. If that strikes you as ironic, you’ll be pleased to hear that Grumpy Cat will soon make an honorary appearance on stage.
Grumpy Cat will simply appear sometime during the end of the show and likely won’t have any speaking parts or any part whatsoever that requires performing it on command, which is something cats generally ignore anyway. If you like the musical “Cats” and like real cats, then you might want to buy a ticket to see both at the same time.
