Niki Feniak sets up agility courses at cat shows. At the annual Fall Feline Festival, Feniak trained cats to complete agility courses to receive four titles of agility competitor, agility winner, agility master and agility grandmaster. She said that the cats she’s trained have been fully capable to completing the course and find it to be a fun form of exercise.
“Cats will train you on the agility course,” Feniak said. “As opposed to us [training] them.”
Besides the agility course, people could also put their cats in competition for best of breed. If you like cats, then you’ll enjoy attending one of many cat shows around the world. If you can, get your cat trained in an agility course. You might be surprised to see how well your cat can navigate a strange area while you may get lost trying to find a restroom.
