Far too many cats need good homes. While most people adopt cute cats, only a handful are willing to adopt cats that no one else seems to want. When Rachel Brown went looking to adopt a cat to save it from an animal shelter that kills unadaptable animals, she ran across Jon Snow.
Jon Snow was found alone in an alleyway in South Korea, struggling to survive. He was starving, dehydrated and had a severe upper respiratory infection. Veterinarians feared Jon Snow wouldn’t survive even with medical treatment but Rachel refused to listen.
Miraculously, Jon Snow survived and became a dear companion after all. So the next time you see a cat that needs help, do your best to save it. One day that cat may repay your kindness by making your life better with its presence.
