Sinbad the cat, who was found in the basement of an elderly man’s home. Sinbad had apparently been neglected and sported 5 lbs. of filthy, matted fur. The Anti-Cruelty Society got the elderly man’s permission to take the cat and shaved off his matted fur.
Now Sinbad is a normal cat again and quickly gained weight. An employee of the Anti-Cruelty Society fell in love with Sinbad so Sinbad now has a new home. Hopefully, more cats will have a story of finding a good home like Sinbad without being neglected for too long.
