It’s no surprise that cats are fickle. In Italy, a 4-year-old black-and-white cat named Fiocco apparently got bored with its original home and wandered away. Fiocco eventually found a second home and would spend nights in this second home without the original owner’s knowledge.

The second owner named the cat Tequila and took care of the feline with vet bills and food. When this second owner decided to move, that’s when both owners realized they owned the same cat.

Such a two-timing cat got away with this dishonesty simply because cats are adorable (which would never work with humans). To read more about how the Italian courts decided who really owned the cat, click here.
