Regina Dutton Coates has a cat named Obi after Obi-wan Kenobi from “Star Wars” fame. While Regina was used to Obi bringing home dead frogs, lizards or shrews, she wasn’t expecting Obi’s latest kill, a poisonous copperhead snake.
How a cat killed a poisonous snake is a mystery, but it shows the power of the cat over the poison of a snake. Perhaps Obi used a light saber on the cat after all.
