Dogs almost always need to go outside to walk around and mark their scent on telephone poles and trees. In general, cats are content to just rule their kingdom from inside a house. Yet some cats may enjoy walks.
That’s part of a growing trend with some cat owners, taking their cats outside. The simplest way is to put a cat on a leash and leash train it. The more complicated way is to take your cat with you wherever you go which may include hiking, biking, or even surfing.
