When many people own cats, they worry what might happen to their pets if their cats should outlive them. That’s why a widow in New York left $300,000 to her two cats along with instructions that the funds be used to make sure the felines, Troy and Tiger, would “never be caged” and always be lovingly cared for.
Now the two cats are dining on filet- mignon-flavored Fancy Feast and bedding down in a plush faux-fur bed with silk lining. Best of all, the two cats will be cared for so they can spend the rest of their days living a life of luxury without worrying, which is what cats tend to do best anyway.
