Many people around the world celebrate Christmas, but the problem with Christmas decorations is that they can prove too tempting for a cat. Cats often knock over decorations, eat tinsel, or topple Christmas trees. If this sounds like your cat, you need to find a way to enjoy then holidays and keep your cat safe at the same time.
Try to put your Christmas tree in a room you can shut to keep your cat away. If that isn’t possible, put aluminum foil around the tree to keep a curious cat from climbing it or trying to eat or attack the decorations.
