It’s fairly easy to train dogs. You give them rewards until they do what you want. With cats, it’s an entirely different story. You give them rewards and they still won’t do what you want., but they will still keep taking your rewards.

English Biologist John Bradshaw has written a book about how to understand cats. He says we shouldn’t try to teach cats tricks for our benefit, but to make the cat happier, and improve its relationship with people better.

That essentially means letting the cat have its way while you become its servant for life. So it shows you can train a cat after all, right after it trains you first.
