Many people sleep with their pets in bed. After all, cats are like family members except few people would tolerate a family member with an attitude for so long. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that around 50 percent of pet owners in the United States allow their pet to sleep in bed with them.

Sleeping with your cat can give both the owner and the cat a sense of security. Just remember that cats are nocturnal so they can wake you up and disturb you sleep in all sorts of ways by running around to meowing loudly.

Still, if you enjoy a cuddling furry friend, let your cat sleep with you in bed. Now you just have to find someone else who won’t mind your cat in bed too.
