Asia started the cat cafe trend because many Asians don’t have the space or money to own a cat themselves. Instead, they visit cat cafes so they can hang around cats without the hassle and expense of owning one.
Now a cat cafe in Japan, is pushing the boundaries of the cat cafe concept by offering cat-theme move nights. Not only can you enjoy a snack or beverage with a cat, but you can now enjoy a cat movie at the same time.
Perhaps watching movies with cats will be the next trend in the rest of the world as well. Until that happens, you’ll have to visit Japan’s cat cafes to see a movie with a cat.
