Cats are always curious, which is what gets them in trouble. One cat in Kidderminster, England got a bit too curious about a laundry vent and crawled inside, only to wind up getting stuck.
With its head in the vent and its tail sticking out the pipe entrance, the cat remained stuck inside until animal welfare officer Glenn Baird came up with an interesting solution. He lathered the cat with butter. With a push from behind after taking the vent off, he managed to push the cat free.
