Officer Devin Trotti and his partner, Officer Randy Stallard, spotted a cat stuck in a tree 30 feet above their heads. Rather than climb the tree, the two police officers pulled out a blanket from the trunk of their car and got the cat to jump.

The officers caught the entire rescue on their body cam video and now the rescued cat is in the hands of the Kurth Memorial Animal Shelter. If you happen to live nearby, you can adopt the rescued kitty and give it a good home. Just make sure it doesn’t try climbing any more trees any time soon.
