There’s a huge debate on whether you should let your cat wander around unsupervised outside or not. While cats can kill rodents, they can also kill birds. Some cats are estimated to kill up to 20 animals a week.

To protect birds, it’s best to keep your cat on a leash or inside. For those with enough space, build a cat so your cat can safely go outside within an enclosed area.

Just remember that while your cat might look cute and cuddly to you, it’s a vicious hunting machine in the eye of a bird so protect the birds and keep your cat happy at the same time.
