If you live in Wisconsin and want to adopt a cat, this is the time to do it. For the fourth year in a row, several animal shelters in Wisconsin are waiving their usual adoption fees under a program called “I Cat Believe It.”
Fifteen shelters are participating in the program with the goal of getting 1,500 cats adopted into new homes for the month of July. So if you live in Wisconsin and have room in your home for one or more kitties, consider adopting a new friend and dictator. You and your newly adopted cats will be happy you did.
