Many people know they should exercise more, but always come up with excuses why they don’t have the time. That’s why a cat in China has put that excuse to shame by cheerfully exercising inside a tire and rolling inside it like a hamster wheel.
How this cat learned to run inside a tire remains a mystery, but it shows that if you have the will to exercise, you can always find a way to do it. If a cat in China can find time to exercise, there should be no reason why you can’t do it too.
