An orange cat lived in a Brooklyn apartment with its owner. Unfortunately, its owner passed away inside the apartment. Only after the smell of the decaying body alerted neighbors, did police break down the apartment door to discover the dead owner.
At the same time, police also discovered that the dead owner had a cat, which had been trapped inside the apartment all this time. Fortunately, neighbors gave the cat food and now the cat is up for adoption after surviving its ordeal.
