The Internet can never get enough of cats, so it seems like every few weeks there’s a new Internet cat sensation. This time the latest cat sensation is Potato, a cat that sports a perpetually google-eyed look.
Potato now has over 50,000 Instagram followers. Curiously, no one seems to know why Potato has this perpetual googly-eyed look, but it looks oddly amusing like the cat is forever perplexed by the American political system.
