There’s a common belief that cats can make people sick by spreading disease, but it can work the other way around as well. A man in Belgium got the coronavirus and later his cat got it too.
This is the first known case of the virus spreading from humans to animals, so hopefully this will just be a rarity rather than normal behavior. Send your thoughts and prayers to the Belgian man and his cat and hope that they both recover and can return back to their regular life again.
