If one cat makes you happy, you might think two or more cats will make you happier. Unfortunately, cat math isn’t like ordinary math because the more cats you get, the greater the chance the different cats won’t like each other.
If you have multiple cats, one may bully the other. To deal with bullying cats, separate them and give them more food, water, and toys so everyone will have enough. You can also try isolating the cats and switching their isolation rooms so they can smell the other cat’s scent.
Just like some people can’t get along, some cats won’t get along either. The only difference is that you can’t spray water in a person’s face to break up their fighting.
