It’s hard to tell what a cat is thinking either because cats won’t tell us or because cats don’t think. In either case, you can often learn to decipher your cat’s thoughts by watching how it uses body language to communicate with you.

Watch the tail and eyes because those are two of the most expressive features of a cat. The happier the cat, the more likely the tail will be straight up. If a cat is frightened, it will keep its tail down low.

By studying a cat’s body language, you can better understand felines so you better serve them as their butlers. After all, that’s the real purpose of communicating with your cat anyways.
