John Nicolson, a parliament member for Ochil & South Perthshire, was speaking about the benefits of putting subtitles on children’s television through a computer conference when his cat, Rojo stepped in front of the webcam.

“I apologize for my cat’s tail,” Nicolson told his colleagues. “Rojo, put your tail down, please.” This proves that no matter how powerful you may be in your government, a cat can always prove to have more power than you will ever have.
