Heather Bardi and her husband Joey own a cat named Admiral Galacticat. During the current coronavirus pandemic, Admiral wanted to go outside and started making forays around the neighborhood.
Curiously, Admiral goes out each night and comes back home with a piece of somebody’s clothes. Heather and Joey have found socks, shirts, dishrags, and underwear in their home. Only when they looked at video footage did they realize Admiral was retrieving them from people’s homes and bringing them back as trophies.
Why a cat would steal clothes from other people remains a mystery, but then again, most of what cats do remains a mystery. That’s part of the fun of owning a cat.
