Cats are such fluffy, adorable creatures that you naturally want to pet and hold them. Unfortunately, not all cats like being touched or held so if you want to cuddle with your cat, you may need to train it to enjoy being close to a human.
You can try rewarding the cat with treats every time it lets you touch it, but a far better solution is to find what your cat does enjoy and stick to that. Trying to change a cat’s behavior will likely be impossible so it’s easier just to change your own behavior instead.
