If you live in the Riverhead, New York area, be on the look out for a gray and white cat named Birdie. Carolyn Lowry, of Shirley, had been planning to adopt the stray she found while bird-watching in Calverton.
After catching Birdie and taking her into a Petco for shots and deworming, Carolyn was planning to bring Birdie home when Birdie managed to escape out of the cat carrier and run away. Now Carolyn wants to find Birdie to bring her home for Christmas.
So if you live in the Riverhead, New York area, be on the lookout for Birdie. Her owner would love nothing more than to give her a forever home for Christmas.
