Back in May 2020, a couple in Michigan lost their cat during a flood and assumed they would never see it again. Then a couple ironically named Ashley and Jeremy Flood heard a cat meowing outside of their home.
When they brought the cat to a shelter, shelter officials discovered a microchip and learned that the cat’s name is Olive. In addition, they were able to contact the original owners who were shocked and delighted at getting their cat back after all this time, especially from someone named Flood.
