Most people think that you can teach a dog tricks but you can’t teach a cat. That’s where Austrian cat lover, Anika Moritz, has proved this idea wrong. Anika trained her tortoiseshell Alexis to complete 26 tricks in one minute, breaking their own 2017 record of 14 tricks in one minute.
Anika said training should be fun for the cat. That’s why cats are so good at training their owners to wake up early in the morning, feed them, clean their litter boxes, and do so without any type of reward whatsoever. That just goes to show that cats have been training humans to do tricks for centuries but we’ve been too dense to notice.
