78-year-old Joan P. Hussey puts out a bowl of dry cat food under her cat each night and picks it up after a feral cat eats it. However, Joan has been accused of breaking the rules by attracting and feeding “stray cats/animals” in and around the common areas of the Tampa Racquet Club Condominium.
The condominium association claims that Joan’s actions attract cats that could damage the common property around the condominiums. How a single cat can do that remains a mystery. This just goes to show that if you’re going to live anywhere, live near animal lovers who won’t be offended by stray cats roaming around.
