When people own cats, their cats typically expect to be treated like royalty 24 hours a day for the rest of their lives. Despite this obvious fact, companies still keep making up holidays to celebrate our pets anyway and the latest holiday is National Pet Day.
Although cats still expect us to treat them like royalty on National Pet Day, they’ll likely expect something else as well, so consider getting treats and toys to celebrate with your pet. The more things you buy, the more your cat will appreciate your actions. That doesn’t mean your cat will treat you any better, but at least it will appreciate you spending money on it.
