Mel Elam had a goal of climbing New Hampshire’s 48 tallest mountains. Fortunately for Mel, she also had her cat accompanying her in a backpack.
Mel rescued Floki from a shelter after losing her dog. Now Floki and Mel are happily climbing mountains together, getting fresh air, and spending time each other as they pursue their goal of reaching the highest mountains. If Mel can carry Floki around to spend quality time together, certainly everyone can make time to spend with their cat as well.
