Many people enjoy dressing up like their favorite movie, TV, or book characters. Know as cosplay, this activity is normally reserved for humans but Horatio the cat is a notable exception.
Horatio dresses up to match different book characters at the Centre Country Library & Historical Museum’s three locations in Pennsylvania. Not only does Horatio’s appearance entertain patrons, but it also encourages people to read more books at the library. The more educated people can get, the more likely we’ll all be able to create a better world for everyone by using our collective intelligence to solve major problems.
