While everyone worries about catching COVID-19 from other people, don’t forget your feline friends. That’s because it’s possible for your cat to catch COVID-19 just like you. The only difference is that you can’t get a COVID vaccine for your cat yet.

Fortunately not ats have died from COVID-19. Instead, they may suffer mild respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms. So watch out for sneezing, a sniffly nose, or nausea or loose stools. If anyone is infected with COVID-19, keep them away from your cat. That will help ensure that your cat remains healthy while you recover from a disease that will hopefully go away soon.
