Cats sleep most of the day and sleep anywhere they want. However, the big question is whether cats should sleep in your bed a t night or not. Some drawbacks of cats in your bed is that they can suffocate small children and they may track litter and mess up your bed.

However, being around a cat can be comforting, so sleeping with a cat can be calming. Ultimately you have to ask whether a sleeping cat in your bed helps you sleep better or whether your cat interferes with your sleep and keeps you awake. Regardless, your cat will do what it wants anyways but you can at least pretend you’re in charge anyway.
